Solden is a world-well known skiing resort that is usually known as the home of skiing in Austria. With landscapes that are simply breath-taking, the countered stony mountains are also home to visitors from around the world that stop by each week to feel the slopes that are not only challenging, yet also custom-built in case of selected slaloms. Solden is also an excellent spot to learn skiing with expert training services, and a team of 20+ on hand to help new skiers and snowboarders learn, and experienced skiers improve their skills. The resort is located around 50 miles out with Innsbruck (Alpen center) and 20 miles west of Otztal. As you can imagine the region is dedicated to Skiing, with hotels and guest houses looking to leverage skiing upon their brand, to attract a loyal customer-base from the ski slopes.
